No fanfare.

I puzzled over what to take for my 2000th and I decided to take a pic of something marvellous that's happened since my 1st back in 2014; new legislation has enabled more priority and innovation for cycle routes. Still a v long way to go but, small moves and all that. 

Given yesterday's Blip my hand was forced with my choice of trusty companion for today's travels but it couldn't be more appropriate as Billy Brompton was my faithful companion back then. He has been brought out of retirement, so very fitting for today's Blip extra.

And, if this nostalgia fest isn't too overwhelming, I've used the same camera and lens as for my very first Blip. Again, dusted off and brought out of retirement for today.
