Notes: Up early and couldn't sleep more even tho still very tired and worn-out feeling. Talked to Jo briefly thru Telegram and then went back to bed but laid there nearly an hour. Had coffee and got online. Mid morning decided to go to Whole Foods for the EVOO they had on sale - it's 10 mi. away so was pretty irritated when I got there and there was none and another stupid place that said come back tomorrow. I put the few things I had in the cart back and left. Stopped at Aldi on Rt 19 and got a couple things and then decided to hit the Walmart on my way back. After 11a by then tho and parking lot quite full. Came back and decided to rest and laid down for 1.5-2 hrs, some meditation, some sleep. Made food then: fried egg & avocado on a 1/2 GF bagel, rest of zucchini. Also boiled 4 eggs for future use. Very hot, humid, no desire to be outside at all. Quiet night just streaming shows after 6p shower.
