Sunset Splash

Sunset swim this evening was heaven. I’d stay in the pool all day every day if I could! Ears have cleared and no more pain. Nausea feeling also gone. I’ve managed to keep cool today which helps.

Productive meeting this afternoon in a shady spot sipping iced coffee. Late evening and I’m on WhatsApp messages and calls discussing a project schedule. Frustratingly slow progress
