Another scorcher and just too hot to ride. Lovely day, street cafe coffee with Liz, some shady gardening , a tiny bit of office work , unexpected BBQ at Susans after doing the horses, the garden parasols were needed for the shade and then the down pour , it was that wonderful summer rain where getting wet felt great !
Basil had a grand run around in the meadow , his vision does seem to deteriorating and he fell in the horse field water feeder trying to retrieve a toy . He got over the shock and after a quick splutter went straight back to playing .
