Cygnet

Running late today!  Robert and Finola came to lunch so the morning was spent rustling up a cheese flan, potato salad and other salads - all rather good. We had a long and leisurely lunch and a gentle stroll in the dampish conditions - rain finally arriving over night. Later we went into Ballydehob for an art opening and then queued up to sample some chips and mushy peas at Seán Óg's down by the estuary  - they were doing roaring trade. We ate them al fresco and admired a family of two swans and seven cygnets - this little fella caught my eye.
Quite enough exceitment for one day.
