I'm back home after my lovely week with Pookie, Minty and Leo. so, after stocking up on supplies, I went back to unpacking the remaining boxes.

This casualty of the removal was one of my favourite raku pieces. The late ex-Laird MacFreuchie brought it back from one of his trips to Vancouver Island. I suspect my sister-in-law must have had a hand in choosing it ;-)

Unfortunately I take the blame for the breakage because the plate was fragile and obviously I failed to wrap it adequately. Lesson learnt!
