Wild swimming

I had reiki in the morning with Julia . We had a good chat afterwards . I hope to have more sessions in the future.
Then Laurence and I went up to sister my sister and her daughters . My sister treated us to lunch in the village cafe , then we went swimming in one of the local rivers . It’s still very hot so it was a delight.
