Another hot day

Still not feeling great but I did manage some gardening today.  Our friend Marisa was running in a 10k trail race today so John took the girls to watch her and for a picnic.  Marisa came in 3rd fastest female!  

They were out most of the day.  I felt a bit lonely but I just wasn't up to a day out, especially in this weather.   Hopefully this bad bit of the cycle will pass soon.  I always feel very low at this point and then it lifts, so I know this is temporary, still feels rubbish though :(

I did get to enjoy watching Ivy play in the garden in the sprinkler her cartwheels and handstands.  She is getting very good at them!
