The Lake on top of the Ocean

This is not my favourite image of the day, but I know you will want to see the famous Lake Sørvágsvatn. We walked to this today, about 4 km each way.

The lake appears to hang over the sea. I was balanced on another cliff to take this shot. You really need a drone to get the full effect.

We visited a delightful village where the church and boat houses are in my first extra.

I also took this close up of the mountains on an island we will visit tomorrow.

Our final trip was a shorter walk the see The Witch’s Finger.
