Around Chacewater
We went for a walk along the footpaths around the cottage. My cousin - although he was a professional photographer most of his life - was also a part time postman in the village, so he knows every path and house. Above is- a fern uncurling, my cousin walking with his two sticks ( he’s about to have a hip replacement), a lot of pennywort growing on a tree trunk, and some hedgerow flowers. A lovely walk, the only problem being we walked far too far for J and he was in pain when we got back. Tricky, because I’m supposed to be looking after him, but I didn’t know where we were!
PS also just to say I’m not getting any time to look at your journals while I’m here. I’ll catch up when I get back to Bristol on Monday. Respect to any blippers who are also carers - I don’t know how you do it
