Summer Saturday

Out for a newspaper in the morning then to the opening at the Ingleby Gallery of their Art Festival show Andrew Cranston . Good coffee. It's an interesting building - the main stairwell in extra. 

In the afternoon we walked over to the Union Canal for the canal festival; the section by the liftbridge was mobbed, so we diverted to Dundee Street and Harrison Park to get to the boathouse to visit EUCS . They were pleasantly busy, piling people and dogs into the rowing boats they are hiring out. Found people we knew and some new people.  

 No 27 bus back from Polworth.
