One last hurrah

A muggy morning and out to lunch with family, which lasted well into the afternoon.

The sky was looking very threatening as we drove home, and as we got closer it was obvious there had been quite a downpour.  The garden looks wet and the peonies have taken a battering so I  thought I had better post a picture of them before they drop their petals.
