abroad

Rowan finally got her residence card which allows her to come back into the country. To celebrate and to try out our Deutschland Ticket we took the train to Frankfurt (Oder) and walked across the river to Poland. Little wander around Słubice and back again. Beer and ice cream and then back to Berlin. We take it for granted that we can travel all over the place. It was strange not to be able to for half a year. Some people have real difficulties travelling.
