at the end of the morning i felt like going round the back with my walker and sit in the sun a bit…..which was where i took my blip…..when i came inside i nearly went to reception to see folk, but was a tiny bit light headed so went home….

Elv and Gary came this afternoon and Elv took the wasking up to the laundry……it was lovely to have them but after talking with Gary, we love to put the world to rights…, i felt my head had to much, so when they left i went and laid in the bed for a while…..then dinner ……asparagus cheese sauce, sausage, potato wedges and strawberries for desert…

tonight it’s a few episodes of Virgin river……when that’s finished i might start watching When calls the heart again….

now finishing my book Tisha, the real story of a young American girl teaching in Alaska way beyond the grid in 1929….. ( when there was no grid yet…:):))awesome story…..
