I had a business chat this morning. On a Sunday! And Fathers Day no less. But it was an inspiring chat and there was cake too, so all was good.

Home to receive a lovely card from the kids and some cupcakes baked by Ruby.

Then Mrs Smith and I took off for a poke around the open garden at Camptoun House. I never even knew it was there, it’s hidden away off the road over to the coast but it’s a Georgian beauty with lush gardens.

Home for a sweaty virtual bike ride before picking up Ossian after their shift and then Ruby made a delicious dinner.
