Sunday: #30DaysWild - Guess Who?!

Last night we had a storm - exceptionally heavy rain, thunder and lightning, seen nothing like it since we were in Port Douglas eleven years ago.
By this morning the weather had settled back to blue sky and clouds but the ground and the air feel so much fresher. By midday the sky was overcast again and we had very gentle rain all afternoon and into the evening.
Today’s Blip plan was to take photos of my assorted cranesbills - some have been here for a very long time others have grown from seed.
Top left: geranium pratense “Splish Splash”, then geranium pyrenicum - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2973322719275253841 and 3 pink ones along the bottom which arrived in mixed seed packets and I don’t know what they are.
Whilst walking around taking photos, I realised I was being watched … it didn’t move but gave me “a look” I’m almost sure it’s the same one as yesterday … Mr Blackbird was busy looking for food for the youngster which is a much easier task now that the ground has moisture :-) The chick had moved by the time I’d walked down the 3 steps and looked at where it had been …
A day of pottering indoors, couldn’t really concentrate as I’m feeling tired :-(
Watching some of The Isle of Wight Festival as I type, Debbie Harry on stage performing all the old Blondie favourites - she’s 3yrs older than me and looks terrific!
Hope all the Dads on Blip and Twitter and elsewhere have all been spoilt rotten on Father’s Day XXXX
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
