Goodbye..

We shall miss these quiet streets and the choice of small cafés. We’ve discovered several over our days here. My extra shows a property inviting renovation, a big project and quite enticing… for someone.

Today we’ve taken the oyster challenge, with a very nice wine, visited beautiful churches, browsed a fruit and vegetables market and said goodbye to the beautiful citadel in Carcassonne.

Our flight from Toulouse was delayed and the airport very hot but really, very little can detract from our holiday. Many, many gratefuls this evening.
