Daylilies …

… blooming this sunny afternoon along our back entry.

The day’s main event was a jaunt across the river to Trader Joe’s in Hadley. Along the way we stopped at Barnes & Noble to look for the Economist weekly magazine. Unfortunately there was only one long out-of-date copy (June 3rd) available, which we took anyway (oh for Paris, where we get it barely five minutes away).
