Notes: Thunder woke me around 2a but went back to sleep ok after getting up, bathroom and adjusting AC. Didn't wake then till 730a so felt a bit behind already. Cooler temps but much humidity so didn't feel very cool. Went for 30 min jog and then to pool to cool off. Back just in time for CBS Sun Morning show to start ... and had coffee. Morning interspersed w/ packing & prep for the work trip. Joe picked me up around 2p, we rolled into Jax at 6p, sun still way up in the air. Some guys working on the roof, already putting a layer down, we talked to them and surveyed a bit. This is the stairway scaffolding we went up and down several times - nicely built. Found a nearby hotel them and dumped stuff in our rooms. Headed back to the site and was able to get started. Thought it would be quick and easy but had 39 wet areas and had to mark, measure, document all ... and then clouds and raindrops threatened right near the end but didn't get bad. Got back to hotel at 11p, shower and watched an episode of Dick Van Dyke while trying to wind down - thoroughly enjoyed the cold AC! Fell asleep just after midnight I think.
