Notes: Long day, finally slept better ... decided to go for a jog, first time in awhile I've felt like it. Quite windy which kept it cooler and ran some along the water and then down Beach Blvd - quite a nice change! Put a ribeye in the crock pot, rinsed off and cleaned a bit more of the bathroom, coffee and then worked for a couple hrs before getting ready for Carlene and hour of bodywork - was quite good! Back and changed for some brief time at the pool (only part of the day where I remembered to take a pic) and then showered and heard from El - she came over and we ate together: the ribeye, oven-roasted zucchini slices arugula salad w/ microgreens, avo & pumpkin seeds ... split a juicy pear for dessert. All came out quite good. She left ~ 530p, we're both exhausted again.
