A slight splash on landing!

It was a bit of a mono Monday morning with some very dark clouds when I went down to the tip with some garden rubbish.

Evidence of heavy rain during the night .... some of my Nigella flowers couldn't cope with the battering and they were just lying on the earth.
Some heavy rain around lunch time and then the sun broke through and very quickly dried up paths and pavements.

I made a very quick trip to the Heritage Park to find a blip for today ..... no boats, kayaks or geese to be be seen but there were plenty of noisy Black-Headed Gulls.
