Ambleside parkrun

Holiday 2, backblip
Up fairly early as we decided to do Ambleside parkrun and English ones start 30mins earlier than Scottish ones. We met 2 friends there who were also in the area for the Lakeland Trails runs, and we got cake as a couple were having their hen/stag does. It was very warm, humid and dusty, good job I only intended a slow run.
In the afternoon we went to Coniston to register for tomorrow's runs and meet up with some virtual friends.
Not a lot else for the day and virtually no pics.
