Inverleith pond
Some great cloudscapes after the overnight rain. Walk to Inverleith in humid heat (24C) though there was a good going breeze requiring doorstops in the flat. Found only four cygnets; down one from the five that hatched, which we last saw at the end of May.
Back by the Water of Leith path, which was open again between the Rocheid path to the Brandon Street steps. A family of goosander were navigating the 'rapids' under the Tanfield bridge.
Botanics blipmeet this morning (Tuesday 20 June) at 10.15am at the East gate.
