Unseasonable Maintenance….

The grass is still growing here in Blenheim. We have had a very mild autumn and a lot more rain than usual. A week or so of frosts have ended and the rain is back. All the grassed areas along the Taylor River Reserve near town have required on-going mowing. Early this morning this special mower, with its extending “arm”, was cutting the grass along the river berms, almost in the river itself. I am grateful to the contractors who work hard to maintain this lovely area of Blenheim.
