Happy Summer Solstice!

And I've spent part of the day sitting in a field surrounded by butterflies and it was blooming marvellous! Went for a wander early to the nearby nature reserve, and was on the hunt for marbled white butterflies, but wasn't expecting to see as many as I did! I could have happily sat there for hours! Also lots of skippers about and meadow browns too, along with a couple of small tortoiseshell so finally the butterflies are out and about!

Also saw some lovely reed warblers as well as swans with their young, and tufted ducks with their babies too
