Byway to Hell

WEDNESDAY

I started the day with a tough 6.5 km run up the hills at the back of the village. The hills form part of the Clywdian Range and are in the area of outstanding natural beauty AONB.

The run took me part way along the Offa’s Dyke Trail. This section of the run is a gruelling climb and is named on Strava as “The Byway to Hell”.

Did some gardening this afternoon and painted the frame around the garage door.
