Took a cycle to St Andrews along the quiet road following the river, very nice. Popped down to West Sands to race along the massive beach, fab beach but it’s always windy and when the tide is out it’s a mile walk out for a dip! On the way back I had a look at preparations in Ceres for the Highland Games (the first apparently) on Saturday, it was all quiet except for a sign on the pub door saying there’s a special dominoes night.
