In the rose garden

Not a lot to report today. I’ve felt too hot all day, both inside the house, and out. I read The Women of Troy by Pat Barker which has been on the shelf for ages, and walked along to see Ros who has had a worrying time with unexplained emboli. Scans show her pancreas and kidneys are ok. However having these emboli means she can’t get her new knee for a year. Unfortunately I missed Chris who called while I was out.

Mr C went to see about getting aircon gas put into the car. It may not last as there could be a leak - it’s an old car.
