Californian Poppy

First thng was a visit to the hand OT where I had the cast removed, advice given, 2 fingers splinted together and a hand splint if I'm doing anything more active. It was a relief to be able to use the hand more though lifting anythng more than 200g is not allowed for the next few weeks.
Back home I did some light gardening that didn't require much use of the left hand and lazed in the hammock with my book for an hour.
I had a meeting in the evening so walked there and got a lift home.
