Captured cloud
Not long after I posted last night the sun came out so we went for a walk round the village.
Today has been mainly sunny until late afternoon with a layer of cloud on the peaks and sometimes venturing lower, giving great effects as here with the sharp ridge.
We drove up the Col d'Azet and walked northwards along a broad ridge with cows and sheep until a dog on sheep guard duty told us to turn round. Much of the return was on a slightly different route and there were about 24 paragliders around taking off from the edge. Also black kites.
Back via St Lary, pleasant enough but rather artificial looking (and we seem to have failed to bring back the butter we bought!).
This might be my last post until we're home as I don't think the next place has internet.
