Luscious Lily

I was given this beautiful bouquet of flowers as a birthday present from some friends, last weekend, and they're still looking beautiful.
Today I had my first longish walk, about 3 miles, in the sunshine, since my surgery a month ago and when I got back, I couldn't get over how tired I felt!
Surprising how not being able to do any form of exercise for just one month can affect you! I have just got to be patient for a couple of months more before I can get back to the running and cycling again. Will just have to stick to gentle walking for a few more weeks yet!
