Pretty Poppy

Really couldn't decide what to blip today. We stopped off at Cefn Mably on the way home from church today as I knew there were fields of rape seed there that I wanted to photograph with the intention of blipping today. But this afternoon, we went down to my parents as it was my Dad's 85th birthday and I just had to take photographs of the beautiful poppies in their garden. There's still a lot to come out yet so no doubt I will be back down there in a few days to take some more!
My Dad has enjoyed his birthday and is doing pretty well despite his age! I never know what to buy him for his birthday but mum said he had seen some clip on sunglasses he liked in Boots, so we got him a gift card to allow him to go and pick the right ones.
