Tranquility

I had a hospital appointment today, which turned out to be very reassuring, for which I was so grateful. The day ended with a pleasant short walk on The Green in the evening sunshine with a gentle breeze blowing, enjoying the sight of the swaying tall grasses around us, and the delicate blackberry flowers blooming all over the bramble bushes beside the paths.

This corner of our back garden was the tranquil view we had as we sat outside on the patio and ate our supper.
