Mirror placement

Here's the mirror that I bought on Tuesday. Mr hazelh put it up in the spare bedroom this morning. He also hung the small koi carp plate that I bought in Morningside on Thursday.  It's now positioned alongside its larger equivalent, which was a present from Bella and Lucy. Bit by bit, we will fill the walls of our guest suite.

Mr hazelh also helped me in the garden this afternoon. We gave the potato plants some help to stay upright, retrained the honeysuckle along the left hand wall, and gave the herb garden a good haircut. The latter mainly involved removing excess mint to give the other plants space to flourish. The parents of our upstairs-but-one neighbour were tending to the garden that adjoins our back wall. We enjoyed chatting to them, and donated a few bits and pieces to them from our own garden.
