Uninspiring Bilp ! !

Today has felt like a real challenge, everything I touched fell on the ground & I was continually bending & picking up! So difficult for me. So you out there that can exercise & enjoy , then do so EVERY minute ' cos you never know when it will become impossible?
Washing done & on the line by 9.50am

Hairdressers
Shopping
Snack lunch
Get dry great fresh smelling washing in & fold.
Now I'm having a cuppa then will get my meal ready, chilli con carne,. Phew what a day, not much you may say but it takes me soo long to do just one task. Nevet give up though.
