A big day, one we were thrilled to be part of.
Lexi is a dancer and a very good one. Today her dance studio Tapa (Townsville Academy of Performing Arts) put on a mid year concert.
She is doing Contemporary Dance and Irish Dance. She danced this morning and again this afternoon. A brilliant concert plus jazz, ballet, song and dance up to 12 year olds. They were so good (and funny at times, in particular the 5 and 6 year olds).

We then, along with friends of our family, went out for a very late lunch which was a nice way to finish off the outing.
We’ve been chilling since.
I did use my camera at the concert, but have gone for the easy option … phone pics of Kaylene making a bun on the top of her head, a close up of Lexi, the family at the concert, and yours truly with Lexi having a break between the concerts.
