From Brilliant Red Rocks to Snow
I was very happy with my efforts this morning. I hooked up my little Chevy Tracker all by myself to the back of the motor home. Jerry is traveling with me up to Wyoming and then flying back to Santa Fe. This is my opportunity to be sure I can do everything all by myself that I normally would leave to him.
The hooking up part is the easier part. The part I have struggled with in the past is the unhooking. We'll see what happens.
So we left Torrey, UT this morning and wandered north up the state of Utah. The first abrupt change in scenery was heading off from Salina and here were these gorgeous mountains capped in snow and lovely green trees and grass in the foreground. Quite a marked difference from the giant red rocks of the Capitol Reef National Park.
