What the.....?

I 've had the camera that uses this battery for a few years now, so I've recharged it numerous times.
Then why the F haven't I noticed the white lettering on the green bit before.?
(Not that I have a clue what it means, and I'll need a bigger magnifying glass to read it as well.)

I really must start to pay attention, tsk, tsk
