Had to look it up

Another beautiful day, perfect temps.
Got home later than normal so resorted to opening a new find from Costco, shrimp and vegetable stir fry.Very nice it was too.

Oh, it's lotus root. I can't remember ever trying that before but I will certainly eat it again.
