The spider, the 'fly, the beetle and the mite
More Skippers today. An Essex Skipper managed to get into the conservatory but had left by the time I picked up my camera. There were quite a few Small Skippers in the garden. If you look very closely you can see that this one has a red Trombidium mite on its antenna. Opposite is a tiny spider and a small beetle on the lavendar.
Mrs L had a hospital appointment this afternoon. We then had a wander around the rose garden at Basildon Park, still looking for ideas.
