It has been a busy, rainy day.
20c and quite humid. I realised while listening to a radio show, how serious the drought in the areas without rain has been, when they described how a school closed temporarily due to insufficiency of water. Serious times. Conserving and reusing water when sensible, is vital. Over developing and over populating areas is perilous and puts great strain on the water supply.
I emptied my whole wardrobe today. It looks clean and full of potential for whoever has it next. We intend to leave in the house, if useful to the buyer, a few pieces of furniture, such as wardrobes and table and chairs.
More clothes went to the charity shop.
I am watching Escape to the Country and then, hopefully, Garden Rescue.
