Correct?

A fruit scone with cream and raspberry jam. 
For those who don’t know our English ways there is usually a debate about whether to put the jam on first and add the cream over the jam, or the other way, cream first then jam. I’ve always done it as illustrated but I’m told it tastes good the other way too.
