Poorly twins

After their fabulous time at Ethan and Sebastian's birthday party yesterday, Oscar came down with a virus, (Vomiting all over the car on the way home), and Bailee followed suit the next morning. Poor lambs, we hate seeing them ill. They were both clearly uncomfortable and bouncing between lethargic and hyperactive. Who ever said that children sleep more when they are sick? Not ours! Fingers crossed Maple will remain virus-free.

So we had a day at home of following the BRAT diet for tummy bugs, (Bananas, Rice, applesauce and Toast). This has always been a successful, anti-vomiting remedy for all cases of v and d Oscar and Bailee have had. We got the paddling pool out, played with modelling clay and watched 'Happy Feet' and their all time favourite, 'Little Einsteins'.

I really hope they both have a solid nights rest and feel much better in the morning.
