Mountain excitement

I was in the Farnham Pottery studio by 10 am to join an abstract landscape  painting workshop. The idea was to use a photograph as inspiration but then to work freely. It's a long time since I picked up a paintbrush with a view to making a painting but once I got going I quite enjoyed myself. In the end I more or less finished one painting and started on another. Both could do with a bit more development but that will have to wait for another time. Tomorrow we depart for Wales.
