. . . but still not as good as wee Cathie's. This is a lemon and raspberry empire biscuit and I made a special trip to the west end for it. My friend's mum makes the best empire biscuits I've ever tasted. Crumbly, melting, delicious little pieces of heaven. This didn't come close.
