Saturday: San Pedro

This morning we went to the most perfect beach.  It was a 15 minute boat ride and was absolutely spectacular.

We were only able to stay for an hour as we had to be back for the US Independence Day reception which we attended this afternoon. It was lovely, although it was so hot that everyone looked a bit moist around the edges.

I’ve posted a few extras of San Pedro and of our beach visit.  Incidentally, Madonna clearly loved this place.  The song ‘La Isla Bonita’ is about San Pedro.
