The early bird

Although it's rained quite a bit over the last week, it's been short sharp showers with the water getting soaked up by the earth straight away. So it seems the spudgers are still appreciating us keeping their water bowl topped up.

D has apparently had quite a torrid week of it, work-wise, including a wedding in the abbey today! He'll be home later - a cold glass of something, feet up and an early bath indicated.
