Mac n cheese

Abi has taken up a summer job in a local care home, utilising some of the training she had in Sheffield for a part-time job she has there in a hospital.

Today she was on the evening shift, meaning that Dan and I could go for a curry (Abi is not a big fan). But I couldn't bear the thought of her coming home hungry to an empty house, so I made her a macaroni cheese that was waiting for her at the end of her shift.
