Wimbledon

The tea towel hanging on the oven door reminds us that this is the first week of Wimbledon. Two weeks of watching tennis - lovely.

I like tea towels for the memories of past travels they preserve.

As the photo demonstrates, tea towels also remind me of a truth that I hold dear - life is too short to iron tea towels.
