Shadow

J went training first thing so I took the dogs for a walk. Back was very sore this morning so we didn’t go too far or fast. Stopped outside one of the local pubs for the dogs to have a sniff and noticed this shadow in the window. Got to the park to find a puppy border terrorist running around, which then headed straight for us with the usual, its OK she’s friendly remark. Darwin did well and only had a couple of snaps when it wouldn’t go away from us. Managed to get an appointment with the mistress of pain in the evening to help with my back and spent the rest of the night sitting on an ice pack.
